30-day happiness guarantee

If your Pro unlock or VIP add-on didn't work as described — the page didn't stay live, the watermark wasn't removed, or the payment didn't unlock features — email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

When refunds don't apply

• Change of mind after the page was successfully created and the features worked as described.
• The recipient saw the page before you noticed a problem (we'll still try to fix things or refund as a courtesy — just ask).
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.

How to request

Email refunds@lovepage.studio with your page link and payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or Stripe receipt). Refunds are returned through the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Failed payments

If money left your account but your page is still showing as Free, the payment likely failed mid-flight — contact us and we'll either activate Pro manually or ensure the amount is reversed.
